I'm currently evaluating your module E-Invoicing - European Compliant Invoicing for Perfex CRM for use within a Spanish company environment, and before purchasing or integrating it, I would like to confirm a few technical and legal compliance aspects related to Spain's e-invoicing and tax reporting system. Spain has its own fiscal digital invoicing requirements managed by the Tax Administration (Agencia Estatal de Administracion Tributaria - AEAT), under a new national system called VERIFACTU. This system is different from general PEPPOL or EN 16931 UBL formats, and includes specific features such as digital signatures, QR codes, secure hash registration, and reporting to AEAT. Could you please clarify whether your module supports Facturae 3.2.3, digital signature and integrity, QR or CSV identification, AEAT or VERIFACTU transmission, software certification declarations, immutable audit logs, and future country-specific mappings?

Hello Lafac, Thank you very much for your detailed message and for taking the time to explain your requirements so clearly. At the moment, the module focuses on generating XML based on the EN 16931 UBL standard and Peppol compatible formats. It does not yet generate Facturae 3.2.3 or a VERIFACTU specific schema out of the box. The current version generates valid structured XML, but it does not include built-in XAdES or PAdES signing, nor a native hashing or timestamp mechanism specifically aligned with Spanish VERIFACTU requirements. The module does not currently generate the VERIFACTU required QR or CSV code and is not an access point that directly transmits invoices to AEAT, VERIFACTU, or regional tax authorities. We have not yet issued a Spain-specific developer declaration. Perfex CRM keeps a history of invoice related actions, but the module does not currently implement an immutable cryptographic hash chain registry. Our roadmap includes adding country profiles and mappings for specific regulations such as Italy, Spain, and others, as well as offering integration paths with certified access points. We want to provide a serious, maintainable solution rather than a partial or misleading implementation.

The marketplace date reflects that the code has been stable; we routinely test against new Perfex releases and ship maintenance updates when needed. Hello, The product currently generates EN 16931-compliant e-invoices. For the German market we cover the CIUS profile via PEPPOL BIS, deliverable through any Peppol Access Point. Native ZUGFeRD export is not part of the package yet. If that format is critical for your workflow, please let us know through the support channel and we can look at adding it to the roadmap. Hey! Thanks for the reply. Yes it is absolutely critical in Germany. The government just accepts ZUGFERD compatible invoices (PDF/A-3-File). Also it is needed, that customers have the option to directly download the Zugferd compatible version in the dashboard, else they cannot use it for their tax system.

I found your module really interesting and have a question that might be a bit basic. In Sweden, is it possible to send invoices via PEPPOL? Specifically, do I need to register my company or obtain some kind of certification to send invoices through this network? We currently use an application called iOrdning from the Apple Store to send our invoices to municipalities but to do it direct via Prefex CRM is better. Additionally, are there any extra costs involved when sending invoices through PEPPOL using your module or in general?
