These Regular License Terms explain what you can and cannot do when you purchase a product under a Regular License from Lenzstore.
Lenzstore is a digital products store operated by Lenzcreative. A Regular License gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased product for one permitted project within the stated activation limit.
1. What a Regular License means
A Regular License allows you to install and use the purchased product for one production project, website, CRM instance, domain, installation, or client project, unless the product page or your dashboard clearly states a different activation limit.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the product, source code, design, documentation, brand, update system, license system, or intellectual property. You are purchasing a license to use the product under these terms.
2. One production project
Unless the product page says otherwise, one Regular License may be used for one live production use, such as:
- one live website;
- one live CRM instance;
- one production installation;
- one client project;
- one business project within the stated activation limit.
Each additional production website, CRM instance, domain, installation, or client project requires a separate license unless the product page or dashboard allows more activations.
3. Client use
You may use a Regular License for one client project. You may charge your client for your own services, such as installation, configuration, setup, design work, or customization related to that single client project.
You may not sell, resell, redistribute, publish, leak, sublicense, or provide the product files separately from that client project.
4. Internal business use
You may use a Regular License for your own business within the stated activation limit. If your business operates multiple separate websites, CRM instances, brands, branches, portals, client areas, or installations, each separate production use may require its own license unless the product page says otherwise.
5. Staging and development use
Where technically supported, staging, development, or test activations may be allowed for the same licensed project.
Staging or development use must only be used for testing, development, or migration of the same project. It must not be used as a separate live project, separate client project, separate production installation, or separate business use.
6. What you are allowed to do
With a valid Regular License, you may:
- install and use the product for one permitted production project;
- use the product for your own business or one client project;
- configure the product according to its documentation;
- modify the product for the licensed project;
- access downloads, updates, and support during the applicable access period;
- transfer the finished client project to the client where this is part of the same project delivery.
Any modifications you make are your responsibility and are not automatically covered by support.
7. What you are not allowed to do
You must not:
- use one license for multiple unrelated production projects;
- share, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, publish, or transfer license keys without permission;
- resell, redistribute, publish, leak, upload, or make product files available to third parties;
- upload product files to public repositories, nulled-script websites, file-sharing websites, forums, GPL-sharing clubs, or unauthorized marketplaces;
- include the product in another product, SaaS platform, hosted service, marketplace item, template bundle, agency toolkit, or downloadable package without written permission;
- allow end users or customers to extract, copy, download, or reuse the product separately from the licensed project;
- remove copyright notices, license notices, security notices, or attribution notices;
- bypass, disable, fake, modify, or tamper with license verification, activation limits, update systems, or security checks;
- use the product for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized activity;
- use the product to build or distribute a substantially similar competing product based on our source code, design, structure, or functionality.
8. No resale or redistribution
A Regular License does not allow resale, redistribution, sublicensing, public sharing, leaking, publishing, or uploading of the product files.
If you need broader rights, such as redistribution rights, SaaS rights, white-label distribution, bundle inclusion, or extended commercial permissions, you must contact us and receive separate written permission from Lenzcreative.
9. SaaS, hosted platforms, and multi-customer use
Unless expressly allowed on the product page, a Regular License does not allow you to use the product as a core part of a SaaS platform, hosted service, multi-customer platform, marketplace, or software product that is sold, rented, licensed, or made available to multiple customers.
If you need this type of use, contact us for written commercial permission.
10. Paid client work
You may use the product as part of paid client work for one client project, as long as the product is not resold or redistributed as a standalone product and the use stays within the license activation limit.
If you create multiple similar projects for different clients, each client project requires its own license unless the product page says otherwise.
11. Updates and support
Updates and support are available only according to the product page, your dashboard, our License Policy, and our Support Policy.
A Regular License may include a limited update-access period and support-access period. After those periods expire, you may need to renew to access new downloads, updates, compatibility releases, security patches, and support.
12. Refunds and revoked licenses
If a refund, chargeback, payment dispute, fraud event, license abuse, or policy violation occurs, the related license may be suspended or revoked. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Revoked licenses cannot download products, receive updates, receive support, or pass license verification. If a license is refunded or revoked, you must stop using the product and remove copies where required by applicable law or our policies.
13. WordPress, WooCommerce, and open-source products
Some products, especially WordPress or WooCommerce products, may include code subject to open-source licenses such as the GNU General Public License where required or stated. Nothing in these Regular License Terms is intended to restrict rights that cannot legally be restricted under an applicable open-source license.
However, official Lenzstore downloads, automatic updates, license keys, support, hosted services, premium assets, private files, account access, and customer dashboard services may still require a valid paid license.
14. Ownership
Products, source code, documentation, branding, product names, designs, screenshots, update systems, license systems, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Lenzcreative or their respective owners.
A Regular License gives you permission to use the product under these terms. It does not give you ownership of the product or any intellectual property.
15. Relationship with other policies
These Regular License Terms should be read together with our License Policy, Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Support Policy.
If there is a conflict between these Regular License Terms and a product-specific license shown on the product page, the product-specific license terms may apply to that product.
